Transfers & resale
Selling a spot on costs 10% of the sale value
A spot is an asset you own, so you are free to sell it — to a competitor, a partner or a buyer who wants in after the wall has sold out. We keep 10% of the sale agreement value as a transfer fee and you keep the rest. Nothing is payable at any other time: holding a spot costs nothing, for as long as you hold it.
01 Tell us before you agree terms
Email us with the spot number, the buyer, the agreed sale value and the link they want. We confirm the spot is transferable and register the transfer in the wall records.
02 The buyer accepts these terms
A transfer only completes when the incoming owner accepts the same Terms of Sale that apply to every spot. That keeps the wall to one set of rules.
03 We retain 10% of the sale agreement value
The transfer fee is 10% of the gross consideration in your sale agreement, payable by the seller within 14 days of the transfer. You keep the remaining 90%.
04 We repoint the tile
Once the fee is settled and the buyer has accepted the terms, we update the logo and the link. The spot itself never changes hands on the wall, so there is no gap in visibility.

The fee is a percentage of the value in your sale agreement, so it scales with the price you negotiate.

A spot cannot be transferred without our approval, and the buyer has to accept the same Terms of Sale. We may only refuse a transfer on the grounds set out in those terms — for example a buyer whose content we could not display on the wall. There is no right of first refusal: we will not step in and buy the spot from under your buyer.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask first
Is there an online checkout?
No. This site has no payment form, no card processing and no checkout. You reserve by emailing us, we confirm availability in writing, and the invoice follows separately.
How does the multi-spot discount work?
The first spot is full price and every additional spot costs 5% less than the one before it: the second is 5% off, the third 10% off, the fourth 15% off. The ladder stops at 50% off on spot 11, and everything from there on stays at $50,000. Adjacent spots can be merged into one rectangular block of any size.
Can I sell my spot to someone else later?
Yes — a spot is an asset you own. Tell us about the proposed sale before you agree terms, the buyer accepts these terms, and we retain 10% of the sale agreement value as a transfer fee, payable by the seller. You keep 90%, and the tile is repointed once the fee is settled.
Which spots carry the 10% launch price?
Select spots are marked with a yellow 10% off tag on the wall and cost $90,000. They are ordinary spots — same size, same permanence — sold at a discount while the wall fills.
What does “permanent” actually mean here?
It means a placement with no expiry date and no renewal fee while the wall is operated — not a promise that the internet, the domain or the business will exist forever. The Terms of Sale define it precisely, including the notice period and the replacement placement you receive if the wall is ever discontinued.
What happens when all 100 spots are gone?
The wall closes to new placements. It never grows past 100 spots and there is no second grid — after that, the only way in is to buy a spot from an existing owner, at a price you agree between you plus the 10% transfer fee.
Can we change our logo or link later?
Yes, once per year at no cost. Send the replacement file and we will swap it in, usually within two business days. Changing the advertiser or the company behind the tile is a transfer, not a logo change, and the transfer rules apply.
Are there logos or links you will not display?
Yes. Unlawful material, illegal drugs, pornography and adult services, and firearms or weapons are never accepted, even where selling them is lawful where you are. Gambling, tobacco, vaping and alcohol need our written agreement first. Every logo and destination page is checked before placement, and we can decline a spot on those grounds — no fee is payable if we do. Clause 9 of the Terms of Sale lists the standards in full.
